Ease of Installation: 3/10 " The toilet looks great---however, it rocks. The plumber used shims and all kinds of ways to make the toilet steady. Even the top does not fit well...kind of like someone's poorly made ceramics. "

Ease of Installation: 10/10 " My question to you is: After I flush the toilet and the toilet is to replace the water in the bowl and does this and the cycle is complete why is the water level in the bowl in volume equal to a cup of water? We recently had a new trap put in and after replacing the toilet, this problem occured. Would the trap have any thing to do with this(dimension wise)all though other then the new being PVC and the old being cast, there didn't seem to be too much difference in dimension. Also because a tile floor was to be the new design, the installer while installing the new mount for the toile made this flush with the cement.Question: Is the sum of the water in the 1.Tank, 2.Bowl, 3.Trap govern how much water is in the bowl. To further explain: at the completion of the flush cycle the water seems to be sucked out of the bowl in a way simular to losing vacuum. Please look into this for me. My email is: donahue3849@comcast.net Thank You "

Ease of Installation: 10/10 " Bought this toilet to replace a Kohler and its matching plunger, so far the Clayton has been a jewel. The plunger is now in the basement and has not been up since. We added the matching pedestal sink during the renovation. "
