OTHER THOUGHTS:   We ordered two toilets from National Builders Supply. One toilet bowl had hidden damage that was not discovered until after the packaging was removed. National Builders Supply forced us to purchase a replacement for the one that arrived damaged. It is interesting to note the replacement arrived in a larger, better packed box.
