PROS: Easy to Install,Great Design,Works Great
OTHER THOUGHTS:   We chose this model for its price, dual flush capability, seat level, and design. It replaced a 40 y/o Ventaway in the master bath. I had concerns about installation because it had to be installed on concrete. The most difficult part of the installation was removing the old one-piece toilet. It has been at least 3 weeks and so far we are very happy. I gave it only 4 stars because of the occasional "skid marks" left because of the very small water surface. The water surface is approximately 4" x 6".

REVIEW:   Looks good and saves water (i think). Not as hard to install as other reveiws write. Not the most powerful flush and the water level is kind of low. Has never clogged. (2 years) Overall pretty satified.

PROS: Great Design
OTHER THOUGHTS:   I was looking for a toilet without the pipes or bolts showing on the sides. This toilet looks sleek, takes minimal space, easy to keep the outside clean and saves water at the same time! The dual flush system works great. I have not had any problems with residue being left in the toilet after flushing. I'm anxious to see how much my water bill goes down. I am definitely going to replace my second toilet with this same product. I love the look of it as well as how it works! It also came very well packaged and very quickly. I ordered on Tuesday afternoon and it was here Friday morning. The price was also $150 less than the local plumbing supply store. All in all, a great deal! I had a plumber install the toilet but he didn't seem to have any issues. I didn't buy the matching seat but bought one in a local big box store and it fit like a glove & was less expensive.

"Outstanding product!"

PROS: Great Design,Functional,Works Great
OTHER THOUGHTS:   Installation was different than the "usual" toilet, but once we figured it out, it went great. Extra secure, great leakage protection. Very easy to clean! Flushes great.. 15 seconds to fill the tank! Will buy this toilet again when we remodel the next bathroom!

OTHER THOUGHTS:   We love the design of the Aquia toilet and are huge fans of the soft shut Toto lid. Much quieter than our previous low flow airated flush toilet. Also the shipment was very well packed!! We will purchase from NBS in the future.

"Handsome design"

PROS: Its a unique design, good for compact space without give it up on the elongate size, so far I had it installed for a week now, have no complain its work well with the dual function flush system. very quite water refill to tank.
CONS: I install the toilet myself, I found that that template instruction came with the toilet is difference from the installation manual, as far as the installation I need to drill 4 holes on the floor (CST416 model). I wouldnt recommend for anyone dont have enough tools to proceed this installation, specially install on the tile or concrete floor. I would scale this installation to the advance skill.

"Nice Toilet"

PROS: The toilet looks very nice. The side skirts look great. It has a real modern look to it. Does not look like an ordinary toilet. With the small tank, it will fit in a small bathroom. I like this product and would buy it again for the other bathrooms.
CONS: Installation is one concern. Its not difficult but it requires to drill holes in the floor to securely attach the toilet.

"Great toilet"

PROS: Dual flush, water area is located just in the right place. Height is perfect. Was thinking about buying the right height toilet, but this one is higher than much older toilets. Bowl washes effectively on every flush. Highly recommend this toilet.
CONS: None that I can find.
OTHER THOUGHTS:   Ended up choosing this toilet due to the many good reviews and the many bad reviews for other comparable toilets. Even plumbers say to go with Toto. Water line is smaller than those of a 3 gallon/flush toilet, but get used to it, save water and be responsible. The dual flush works very well and the small flush will work with even some paper. Easy to install, very high quality. Requires to drill four extra holes for some clamps on the back, so take your time and do it right.

"Well made, excellent flushing toilet"

PROS: Easy to install! I think they have simplified the install since some of the earlier reviews. It *IS* still important to make the right sized hole for the anchors if youre mounting it on a tile floor, but fore-warned is fore-armed. The directions now point out that you need a slightly larger drill bit. Excellent flushing! Which is what I bought it for. Looks great! Im really pleased with how it looks in the bathroom. I intend to but more for my other bathrooms.
CONS: None so far.
OTHER THOUGHTS:   We moved into this townhouse 2 years ago. Its a nice place, but all of the toilets are awful. Half the time you have to flush twice to get the bowl clean. What a waste of water. With our new dual-flush Toto, not only does one flush do it, you can even just use the half-flush when appropriate. Both work excellently. I will be replacing the rest my toilets in the near future. Warning! I found that other suppliers claim "free shipping", but then the fine print says it doesnt apply to freight items (such as toilets.) National Builder Supply actually does ship this toilet for free, making it $50 or so cheaper than the competition.

"Excellent choice"

PROS: This is a very handsome toilet, with clean lines and very low profile. The two-stage flushing system allows for sensible use of water. Great pressure and efficient clean up. I would recommend a TOTO toilet to anyone looking for excellent quality in a toilet.
CONS: I cannot say much about the installation process itself for we had our plumber do the job. It will all depend on ones level of confidence as a handy-person.

"Excellent Product"

PROS: Modern appearance. Compact tank. Wonderful flushing action.
CONS: Not sure the plastic mounting blocks will work again if I have to take the toilet up to retile the floor. Really a minor con.
OTHER THOUGHTS:   At first I worried there would be splashing with so little water in the bowl. No problem. It took a few days to get used to the low water flush. Instinctively I thought the flushing cycle had been interrupted and needed reflushing. Not the case. So far the low water flush has been enough for all situations. Good product.

"None"

PROS: Really nice product! I havent had any problems with flush power.
CONS: Great product but the manual didnt match the product. It seems the drain on this TOTO model is more like a standard drain now. But the manual still show the old (more complex) system.
