OTHER THOUGHTS:   Works as advertised, don't hesitate to buy. We've installed and tried expense Koler, American Standard and Eljer, and they don't compare. Low water usage, the added finish on the bowl and swirl flush cleans the bowl well and empties in a single flush. Great Toilet. and kudos to National Builder Supply, professional web site, good prices, they packed the toilet in foam arrived in 3 days in perfect condition. I plan on giving them more of our business.

OTHER THOUGHTS:   This was a pretty easy install, even for a non plumber like me. This thing flushes all, first time - all the time. You have to push the flush lever like you mean it, but then in a second the bowl is clean. No leaks so far. Just make sure you are prepared for an ADA toilet. Measure your leg length and distance to the floor. Those 3 inches can make a big difference.

OTHER THOUGHTS:   Entire experience with National Builder Supply and Toto Drake II toilet has been excellent. NBS Customer Service very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me overcome hesitancy to order from them. Price was excellent, shipping free. Arrived when expected. Product was in perfect condition. Looks great and more importantly, flushed solids the first time, and with only a little water. Will order from NBS when I need items they sell. Highly recommend.

OTHER THOUGHTS:   We have a 17-yr-old house that came with some of the earliest -- and poorest-performing -- 1.6 gpf toilets. The first attempt at better performance -- a Kohler Wellworth Light -- was PITIFUL. This TOTO replaces that particular toilet. An original Toto Drake was pretty good -- and pretty expensive, although it has held up well. Two Kohler Cimmaron Force 5's elsewher in the house have been very good, too, and were much cheaper, though not quite as durable. The Toto Drake II was about the same cost as the Cimmarons, made in the US, and works very well. Don't let other comments scare you -- installation is straightforward. The "twin vortex" arrangement cleans the bowl well, too. Shipping took 2.5 days, and packing was terrific. I will shop here again.

OTHER THOUGHTS:   This product flushes great and as advertised. It looks great and is a comfortable toilet. The biggest problem with installation is the tank since there is not much room underneath to tighten screws to level it with the toilet as recommended. otherwise a great product!

OTHER THOUGHTS:   We have 2 Toto ADA toilets in our house alresdy, and this replaces the third one. The bowl arrived broken, but a replacement was received within 2 days. Great service!. My plumber tells me that the tank has to be tightened down harder than 'other' toilets to prevent leaking. Anyway, it is up and running and I expect the same superior peformance that I am getting from the other Toto toilets that I have.

OTHER THOUGHTS:   My plumber helped me pick out the toilet because we wanted a toilet that had a powerful flush. He said it was a great price, beating what he can get me, so he said to order through National Builder. He installed it quickly with no trouble at all. It flushes fast and efficiently AND the water comes out in a swirl from the top so you really don't need to manually clean it. It doesn't use up much water either. I would say the only con is that we have a little one that is getting potty trained and her seat that we put on top doesn't fit snug because the toilet seat is narrow. Other than that, love it, if you can love a toilet!

OTHER THOUGHTS:   After extensive research on the Terry Love website, I decided on the Drake II toilet since it was un-skirted (our supply is close--only 4" to the toilet centerline), and due to the cyclone-action flushing and SanaGloss coating. Ordered here due to lowest price and good reviews, and was not disappointed. The toilet arrived quickly and in perfect condition! Plenty of cushion to keep it safe during transit. The toilet install was my first ever. Alone, it took me ~4 hours total to remove the old toilet and install the Drake II (could probably do it in 2 hr now with the experience). The included instructions were fine. You will need a few parts from the hardware store (wax ring, mounting bolts, water supply line extension), but nothing major. The 1.28 gal Drake II is a huge improvement over the 1.6 gal American Std toilet it replaced. Flushing is much quieter and more powerful, without the splashing which plagued the A-S toilet. Have not needed any "courtesy flushes" yet. Post-flush, the bowl fills quickly and quietly. Very highly recommended!

PROS: Install was a snap (no adjustments necessary) Flush power is remarkable. Sleek, classic lines
CONS: Its noisier than I expected, but not obtrusively so.
OTHER THOUGHTS:   I was able to install this in a 10 7/8" rough-in. If it were 10 3/4" it would not have fit... its that close. Shopping experience with NBS was quite good. Delivered quickly with no damage.
