REVIEW:   Do not buy from a dealer who does not stock toto, because it takes 4 to 6 weeks for a warranty replacement.

REVIEW:   Had to tear up wall to accomodate water supply, as the offset was wider than the toilet we were replacing, but after installation, we learned to love this toilet -- looks great, works well & is easy to clean

REVIEW:   Excellent toilets - easy to clean and never clog - my husband and I have become toilet snobs - the two we purchased in October were installed in our second home. We have been so happy since we had two installed in our winter home in 2001 that we recommend them to everyone who asks.

REVIEW:   Was nervous about installing our first low-flush toilet (to replace 30 year-old original) but needn't have worried. This one is quieter than the old one & flushes just as well. It looks great & is really easy to clean, and the soft close seat is great. One word of caution -- if replacing another brand toilet, you may have some wall demo behind the toilet to accommodate the Toto. We think that little hassle was well worth it. We love our Toto!

REVIEW:   I picked this brand and model of toilet after a lot of searching. It looks fabulous, works great, flush is strong and silent and the seat is comfy. Insist that your plumber read the directions first, as it is tricky. We needed to drill new holes for an additional anchoring (and he had it facing the wrong way first). Our floor was stone and it took some time getting the right drill. These things were minor gliches overall. We love it and would highly recommend this model

REVIEW:   purchase product based on reviews but have yet to see if it will prove worth it; having issues right now with flushing - since toilet worked ok for few days then is sterted runing on its own.... so jury is out on this one yet

REVIEW:   Maybe ours isn't installed or adjusted right, but we definitely have not put away the plunger. Very little water in bowl and at least one clog per week which does respond to plunger.

REVIEW:   For the life of me, I can't understand why anyone would have a problem installing this toilet. I'm not a plumber, and I had absolutely no trouble. Just make sure the water supply is AT LEAST 8 inch left of the waste centerline instead of the usual 5 inch for most other toilets. Also, install the seat first (before installing the toilet); mine did not come with top-mounting capability as advertised. Otherwise, everything is straight forward. Flush action is extremely fast, quiet and efficient. I need not have worried about attempting to do the installation myself, and I got the satisfaction of saving some serious money that didn't go into my plumber's pocket.
